Orders beyond your plan's monthly limit are never blocked — they process normally. At the end of your billing month, VeloxLink calculates how many orders exceeded your limit and adds the overage to your next invoice.
Example: You're on Growth (3,000 orders/month) and receive 3,400 orders in March. That's 400 extra orders x $0.05 = $20 added to your April invoice.
Your plan includes a set number of channel integrations (Starter: 2, Growth: 5, Pro: unlimited). Need to connect more channels without upgrading your plan? Add extra integrations as an add-on.
Add-ons are managed through your billing portal. Each add-on unlocks one additional channel integration.
Any sales order synced from a connected channel or imported via CSV. Draft purchase orders don't count. Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, ShipStation, and Faire orders all count toward your monthly total.
Yes. Upgrading is immediate and prorated — you only pay for the days at the new rate. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date.
